Shipping Time, Delays and Refunds

When ordering from a supported country, you get free shipping up to certain amount of products. The shipping cost is established by our Partners and is not associated with us in any way.


Shipping times can vary, ranging from a couple of days (4-8) to up to two weeks (9-14 days). When there is a disruption in our shipping partner's network, we will let you know and provide you with full support until your product arrives.

Refunds are available only 24 hours since the purchase was made. After that time, or when you receive your tracking number, you won't be able to get a refund as all expenses associated with the product and the shipping are paid.

When ordering with us, we place the order 24 hours after the purchase as a precautio, giving our customers 24h to withdraw from the purchase and get a full refund. After those 24h hours have passed, a refund won't be possible.


Shipping is not handled directly by the EFPRP, although, as seller, we have more direct contact with the shipping company, allowing us to help you troubleshoot any issue that may happen. In rare cases, if the package is lost, a full refund may be possible, depending on our partner's conditions.


Our current Printing Partner is Canva, thus meaning, Canva usually handles shipping with Dalsey, Hillblom and Lynn (DHL or DHL Group).
